President Trump’s recent signing of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act has conservatives buzzing— and for good reason. This legislation marks a bold victory as it cuts spending and keeps tax hikes at bay, much to the chagrin of those self-proclaimed “budget hawks.” They love to scream about the deficit, but it turns out they were posturing more than they were protecting anything real.
