The Flagstaff Police Department and the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office would like to make the following sex offender notifications:
Thomas C. Richardson, 70, is listed at 1120 West Kaibab Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of receipt, possession or distribution of child pornography in 1999 and possession of child pornography in 2019.
