Even after co-opening Go Sushi in 2019 and Rice Things Vs. Ramen and Boba at the end of 2023, Apple Krathinthong continued to envision a space where she could offer traditional Thai street food options.
That dream has come to fruition, with Pranee Thai Street Food and Vegan Sushi Bar officially making its debut in downtown Flagstaff March 11. The newly named restaurant completed its transition from Red Curry Vegan Kitchen, a regular Best of Flagstaff winner for its vegan options since it opened in 2014. Krathinthong initially took over the business in January, with a brief closure assisting with a remodel ahead of the debut of its new name and menu, and she introduced some of the new vegan menu items in February.
Khao Soi with chicken is a Thai street food option at Pranee Thai Street Food and Vegan Sushi Bar.
The Indy Jones Roll is on the vegan sushi bar menu at Pranee Thai Street Food and Vegan Sushi Bar.
