The Flagstaff City Council unanimously approved the first reading of the updated site plan for the proposed Mill Town housing development at its meeting last Tuesday.
The updated site plan had previously been presented to Flagstaff’s Planning and Zoning Commission, which voted 4-1 to forward it to the city council.
