Northern Arizona University men’s basketball coach Shane Burcar is always looking for ways to connect with the community. Whether it is trying to elevate the Lumberjacks in Big Sky Conference action or using his position to support Flagstaff Little League, he shows that he cares about the goings-on in town.
This summer, Burcar will be sharing his brand of basketball with kids and high school teams through his NAU men’s basketball summer camps held at Rolle Activity Center, open to boys and girls entering grades K-12. His goal with the annual camps is to introduce youth to basketball while giving them something to look forward to when school is out.
