AllThrive 365 continues negotiations to sell downtown property to City of Flagstaff

AllThrive 365 announced that it is continuing negotiations to sell the land it owns in downtown Flagstaff, likely leading to the demolition of the David Babbitt House to make room for affordable housing.

The nonprofit sent a joint statement with the City of Flagstaff last Friday afternoon, saying “the potential long-term community benefit of advancing affordable housing opportunities was determined to outweigh the feasibility of preserving that structure in place.”
