Letter to the Editor: Education support nonprofit sends out thanks to local supporters

One New Education is a Flagstaff-based nonprofit that provides scholarships for young women in developing countries so they can stay in school and achieve their dreams of supporting themselves, their families and their communities.

Every year we hold a fundraiser, and for this, our 15th year, in the month of March (our founding month) we asked local businesses to support the foundation by placing donation jars and informational flyers where people can learn about the organization and hopefully donate a little bit toward a very good cause.
