Letter to the Editor: Impact of No Kings protests questioned

There are, apparently, many people in Flagstaff who feel that appearing at a No Kings’ Day rally will make some sort of impression on the treasonists who make up the Trump administration. It will not.

Back in the ’60s and ’70s, MILLIONS of people marched and blocked streets and shut down government buildings in Washington and elsewhere. And still, that vile war went on and on until the industrialists decided it was no longer profitable.That’s why the U.S. left Vietnam, with its socks hanging out of its suitcase.
