Love, Courtship, and 50 Pages of Family Approval: Jeremy Vuolo Opens Up!

Talk about entering the lion’s den! Jeremy Vuolo recently shared his experience adjusting to the Duggar family’s strict courtship rules on his podcast with wife Jinger Duggar. If you thought courtship was just a fancy word for dating, think again! With guidelines set by Jinger’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, that essentially turned romance into a structured legal contract, Jeremy had quite the adjustment period. Imagine receiving a 50-page questionnaire before your first date—yikes!

Despite the intensity of it all, Jeremy’s feelings for Jinger remained solid. He humorously recalled how he, along with other husbands from outside the Duggar clan, had a collective “deer in headlights” moment. But hey, love makes you do crazy things, right? It’s impressive that he was willing to fill out all that paperwork just for a shot with Jinger. Who knew courtship came with so much red tape!
