Source: Mets hiring Snitker’s son as hitting coach

Former Astros hitting coach Troy Snitker will be the Mets’ next hitting coach, a source confirmed to ESPN, as the club continues to overhaul its coaching staff. Snitker, 36, was with the Astros for seven seasons until he was dismissed earlier this month.
