Costco is adding a little extra shine to its executive membership perks, and it’s starting June 30. That’s right—executive members will now get an exclusive hour of shopping, making it a true VIP experience. You can almost hear the bags rustling in excitement as they will be able to shop from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays, while the rest of us have to cool our heels until 10 a.m. What a way to give those devoted members a head start on the best deals!
Saturdays are a bit different, but still exclusive enough to give those executive members a leg up. They only get 30 minutes of power shopping, from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. But hey, a half hour is better than nothing, right? Meanwhile, the gold star members will be peering in through the glass doors like kids at a candy store. Not to mention, the benefits of the executive membership also include a 2% annual reward on eligible purchases.
With all these perks lined up, is it time to reconsider your Costco membership status? If you’re one of those savvy shoppers who’ve already embraced the executive tier, congratulations! You’ve officially entered the hallowed halls of Costco royalty. For everyone else, let’s just hope those savings aren’t sitting just out of reach for much longer.
