A little more than two months after its departure from the location it called home for nearly 50 years, Baskin-Robbins recently took a step toward reopening in Flagstaff.
A permit for repair or remodel of a commercial building was submitted to the City of Flagstaff in January and issued on March 25, according to the city’s property and planning map. The location — 1431 S. Milton Road in the Sherwood Forest Shopping Center — had been expected to be the new home for Baskin-Robbins by April, according to multiple social media posts at the time of the closure in January.
