The future of Flagstaff’s development is in your hands. The Flagstaff Regional Land Use Plan 2045 (plan) is the product of years of public input, analysis, and debate. It was crafted through the careful work and input of hundreds of your neighbors.

This forward-looking document, if ratified by voters, will help shape Flagstaff’s evolution and address Flagstaff’s pressing needs, including affordability, water, access to trails, clean air, infrastructure costs, climate resilience, and the character of our community.
