Flagstaff For Affordable Housing encourages residents to vote yes on the Flagstaff Regional Land Use Plan 2045.

A general plan should help residents, city staff, council, and applicants understand how future growth is expected to occur. Compared to the current Regional Plan, the land use categories in the 2045 Plan are more straightforward and intuitive. When paired with the Future Growth Illustration map and implementation guidelines, they provide a clear picture of where different types of growth are appropriate.
