This year’s Cocodona 250 saw several strong results and close finishes between competitors across the grueling course that stretched from Black Canyon City to Flagstaff. While the women’s division race and overall race victory were almost never in question for Rachel Entrekin, the men’s race had its share of competitors jockeying for a male course record.
Two Mount to Coast-sponsored runners duked it out for the top men’s finish. With Kilian Korth nursing a lower-body injury at the end of his run, a door was left open for 24-year-old Cody Poskin to try to swoop up the win. While Poksin got close, Korth was able to complete his race with a men’s record time of 57:28:36.
