Reports show continued high costs of housing in Flagstaff

Recent reports published by Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona and the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors show the continued high housing costs in Flagstaff.

Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona published its Affordable Housing Needs Assessment for 2026, with Flagstaff continuing to have both a higher cost of living and of housing than the national average. More than a third of households in the city are considered housing cost burdened.
