Two days after former Northern Arizona runner Drew Bosley earned a third-place finish at the 2026 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships, current Lumberjack Rheinhardt Harrison earned a bronze medal of his own.
Boxed in near the back of Saturday’s 13-man field for the 1,500-meter final, Harrison broke free as the pack reached the final 100 meters. Charging toward the finish line in lane three, Harrison crossed in 3:50.65 to reach the podium at Icahn Stadium in New York thanks to the fastest final 1,000m split in the field of 1:05.46.
