A connection within Northern Arizona University has grown from a budding interest into a national championship as 9-year-old Lillian Partridge earned the biggest achievement a diver her age can get.
The Flagstaff youth diver won the 1-meter title in the 9-and-under division at the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) National Diving Championships in Florida on July 17.
