Lone Tree Road to close between Butler Avenue and Franklin Avenue

The City of Flagstaff announced Lone Tree Road will be closed in both directions from Butler Avenue to Franklin Avenue to “facilitate the installation of roadway pavement.”

Part of the Lone Tree Overpass and Corridor Project, the closure is scheduled for May 11 to 15. Two open traffic lanes will be maintained on Butler Avenue throughout this closure. The city anticipates that Butler Avenue will reopen to four lanes of traffic in late May or early June. Construction work will continue on Lone Tree Road, south of Butler Avenue, through the summer construction season.
