The Flagstaff Police Department (FPD) announced 42-year-old Erick Gustavo Pineda has been arrested for first-degree murder following Wednesday morning’s shooting near the Elevation Luxury Apartments in east Flagstaff.
According to FPD’s release on Thursday evening, the victim has been identified as 39-year-old Jose Adrian Ontiveros. Both men are listed as being from Flagstaff.
