Having previously agreed to a stipulated 15-year prison sentence for attempted second-degree murder, 28-year-old Micheale Domonique GordonFoster was sentenced to an additional two and a half years for his remaining charges.
GordonFoster appeared in Coconino County Superior Court on Thursday, May 14 for sentencing after pleading guilty to the attempted murder charge, child abuse and aggravated assault at the end of March. As part of the plea agreement, GordonFoster accepted an aggravated sentence of 15 years for the attempted murder charge, well above the presumptive sentence of 10 and a half years for a dangerous Class 2 felony.
