Continuing to bounce back from a midseason hiccup, the No. 10 Coconino Panthers (8-4, 5-2 4A Grand Canyon) finished off the No. 32 Mingus Union Marauders (2-12, 0-9 4A Grand Canyon) in six innings on Friday in Cottonwood.
Jumping out to a three-run lead in the first inning, the Panthers scored four runs in the sixth to enact the run rule in their 12-2 victory.
