Arizona Department of Transportation to hold overnight intermittent closures of Interstate 40

The Arizona Department of Transportation announced Monday it is advising drivers in the Flagstaff area drivers about a plan to hold overnight intermittent closures of Interstate 40 for utility work.

From 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., beginning Tuesday, Aug. 11 through Friday, Aug. 14, eastbound and westbound I-40 lanes will be alternatively closed in 15-minute intervals just east of Bellemont at eastbound milepost 188 and in Bellemont at Transwestern Road at westbound milepost 185.
