One pitch before Flagstaff Little League Majors White won the city tournament, manager Shane Burcar took a hard line drive off his lower body while coaching at third base. He played it off like it was nothing, although he later said the ball hit him pretty square.
“Yeah, he got me,” Burcar said. “He got me in the backside. I mean, he ticked me, but I can’t act like it hurt.”
