Dunn-Edwards purchases property at corner of Milton and Riordan with plans to open in Flagstaff

After going on the market in February 2025, the 0.56-acre parcel at the southwest corner of South Milton Road and West Riordan Road was sold in March for $3,725,000.

The parcel was purchased by the Dunn-Edwards Corporation, a California-based paint manufacturer, from its longstanding ownership of Helen Doan Properties LLC, R&D Trust Properties LLC and Gregory C. Headrick. Currently the home of five businesses, including Crystal Creek Sandwich Co. and Los Gordos Mexican Food, the 7,000-square-foot building at 1051 S. Milton Road was built in 1978, according to its listing by Kelly and Call Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage in Flagstaff.
