Flagstaff Medical Center adds treatment option for prostate cancer

Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) has begun offering Pluvicto therapy for advanced prostate cancer at Flagstaff Medical Center.

Pluvicto is a targeted radioligand therapy for men with advanced prostate cancer. The treatment has a radioactive payload that’s attached to a protein designed to seek out only the areas with cancer, as it is aligned with a type of cell that’s only present in prostate cancer, even if the cancer has spread to another part of the body.
