Letter to the Editor: An open letter to anyone with a pretense of Italian food

Here’s an open letter to Teatro, Atria, Cafe Stella, Oregano’s, Olive Garden, and anyone else with a pretense to Italian food: re-establish Fazzoli’s! How can such a perfect fast food joint be allowed to expire? Fresh pasta, perfectly cooked, and fresh sauce, second only to Grimaldi’s. At the same time, an affordable college student meal. If anyone remembers the musical “Bye Bye Birdie,” I want to sing their praises in just that fashion.
