With Pride Month here, I am reminded of how far the LGBTQ2S+ community has come. I honor the challenges we’ve overcome and the resilience that has carried us through decades of adversity, especially now, more than ever.

Seeing Pride organizations struggle across Arizona is heartbreaking. Tucson Pride dissolved amid financial mismanagement, and Phoenix Pride filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. These developments raise questions about the future of Flagstaff Pride, which is now facing financial challenges of its own.
