Well, after Eli Crane and the Daily Sun celebrated the opening of Flagstaff’s Indoor Machine Gun Range, I suppose there is no legal concern about the zoning and permitting requirements for such an establishment to exist in the first place. What are the zoning requirements? Are there any other permitting requirements? I’d sure like to know them. What if I wanted to open an indoor spectacle involving hand grenades? I sure would like to examine the decision process.
