Northern Arizona swimming and diving has made generating homegrown talent a priority for a very long time. Across the tenure of both head swimming coach Andy Johns and head diving coach Nikki Kelsey, the Lumberjacks have developed young divers who have opted to continue their careers at NAU.
Twin sisters Grace and Margaret Wesche were a pair of divers who made Flagstaff their home for good. After diving for Flagstaff High School, the two decided to dive for Kelsey at NAU.
