Letter to the Editor: Regional Plan change doesn’t make sense at this time

Something to think about. After APS shut down electricity to homes in a large area due to winds just a week ago, it gave a reality check to VOTE NO on May 19 on the City’s Regional Plan.

The progressive plan promotes all-electric homes…so put yourself in an all-electric home in winter or early spring with high winds and APS shuts electricity down in communities leaving homes with frigid temperatures and loss of food. It would show greater wisdom for law enforcement protection and wildfire prevention to be a high priority.
