Coconino County confirms two more measles cases, bringing total to four

Coconino County Health and Human Services (CCHHS) announced on Friday morning that it had confirmed two more measles cases, increasing the total number to four in 2026.

Current public exposure details for the confirmed cases include at Em’s Cafe in Fredonia (623 S. Main St.) from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on April 6 and Kane County Hospital in Kanab, Utah (355 N. Main St.) from 12:30 to 4 a.m. on April 13. Anyone who may have been exposed should watch for symptoms developing for 21 days after the exposure.
