After suffering two one-run losses over the last week, the bats for No. 25-ranked Coconino baseball came alive when it needed them most on Thursday. The Panthers avenged a heartbreaking road loss to the No. 19 Bradshaw Mountain Bears on Tuesday with an 11-6 win at home.
Late-season setbacks have put the Panthers in a desperate situation. Every game from here on out has been considered a must-win in their eyes.
