Meet Misty! Misty is the kind of dog who reminds you just how resilient a loving heart can be. When she was found, she was heartbreakingly underweight after being abandoned by her owners. Despite everything she’s been through, Misty still greets people with a wagging tail, a sweet smile, and plenty of affection to share.
Around 5 years old and 65 pounds, Misty has settled into shelter life with remarkable grace. She’s currently living in one of our shelter offices, where she’s proven to be a wonderful housemate: quiet, non-destructive, and content to relax while her people work. She walks beautifully on leash, already knows “sit,” and is incredibly treat-motivated, making her eager to learn even more with her future family.
