The Flagstaff Police Department (FPD) announced a 21-year-old Goodyear resident died in the parking lot at Flagstaff City Hall early Saturday morning.
At approximately 6:17 a.m., officers from FPD responded to the 200 block of West Aspen Avenue for a report of a person not breathing. Upon arrival, the officers located Jimmy Wu who was pronounced dead at the scene with an apparent gunshot wound to his head.
