Public meeting for Community Wildfire Protection Plan scheduled for April 23

The Greater Flagstaff Region will host a public meeting April 23 for the community to learn about the current process to update the Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP).

Scheduled for 5 to 8 p.m. at the Flagstaff Aquaplex, the meeting will allow attendees to visit with staff from local fire departments, talk with subject matter experts, learn about wildfire risk reduction recommendations for the forest and for homes and provide comments to inform the CWPP’s development.
