A poll gauging support for two possible ballot measures to increase funding for police, fire and other public safety services in Flagstaff found that voters would likely look skeptically upon both options — but that additional context might sway voters’ opinions on at least one.
Consulting firm HighGround Inc. conducted the survey of 400 Flagstaff voters and presented the results to the City of Flagstaff’s Public Safety Citizen Committee tasked with making a recommendation to the Flagstaff City Council about what, if anything, should be placed on the November ballot this year.
