Flagstaff Christian girls flag football plays for state championship on Saturday

Flagstaff Christian School’s athletic program is bursting at the seams, continuing the progress it has made in the past few years. With big successes in a variety of sports, a new team has entered the fray with high hopes at a state championship.

The Flagstaff Christian girls flag football team has made an incredible jump from its first season in 2025 to this year. After going 6-7 and missing the playoffs in their inaugural campaign, the Warriors are an undefeated 11-0 going into the semifinal and championship rounds this Saturday. No. 1 seed Flagstaff Christian is set to face off against No. 4 Arcadia Christian Academy in the semifinal on Saturday morning, with the winner going to the Canyon Athletic Association championship game that same afternoon.
