High Country Running: Neil, I didn’t read the email

I’m not sure how long it’s been since I’ve run the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff Dave McKay Memorial Half Marathon.

I signed up for this year’s 49th version of our city’s oldest race, and I was ready for race day. I would jog from home to the start line, stretch out for a few minutes and be ready for a strong race.
