The City of Flagstaff announced it will begin pedestrian crossing improvements in multiple locations along Fort Valley Road on Monday, Aug. 17.
The work will be completed in partnership with Mountain Line and contractor Kinney Construction Services as pedestrian crossing installation will be done at the Fort Valley Road and Anderson Road/Whiting Road intersection and the Fort Valley Road and Meade Lane intersection. The work is expected to be completed in 2026, with work at the Fort Valley Road and Forest Avenue intersection to be completed at a later time.
