The Coconino County Superior Court will unveil a new art installation inside the courthouse during the Flagstaff First Friday Art Walk from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday.
The event will highlight a collection of 13 photographs by Arizona-based artist Marcus W. Reinkensmeyer called “Northern Arizona Moments in Time” installed throughout the courthouse. Reinkensmeyer’s work is focused on remote landscapes and lesser-traveled places, including those found throughout Coconino County. The installation was made possible through a Beautification in Action Grant from the City of Flagstaff that was awarded to the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) as part of the Indigenous Initiatives Committee’s Superior Court Enhancement Project.
